Requirements

  • Strong commercial mindset with prior experience selling to, speaking to, or interacting with credit personas
  • Genuine interest in and ability to learn about credit workflows and personas, developing industry-specific knowledge for credible diagnostic conversations
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills, with confidence in meetings, presentations, and dealing with prospects/customers over phone or in person
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving to drive client solutions across D&R and RVS suite
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and using CRM systems
  • Indefinite right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Meet individual growth goal/quota through renewing and growing existing subscriptions
  • Research, develop, and execute campaigns and initiatives to drive engagement with prospects, cross-sell, and grow existing book
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Customer Migration Associates to drive growth and adoption of D&R and RVS desktop applications
  • Adopt structured and disciplined approach to tracking activity, pipeline accuracy, and forecasting
  • Adopt a customer-focused, diagnostic selling approach
  • Provide support to clients for trial set-ups, training, contract creation/processing, and post-sale onboarding
  • Identify and develop revenue synergy and cross-sell opportunities
