Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven work experience from diabetes healthcare/business, or cardiovascular devices
  • Proven sales experience is an advantage in the requested fields
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Strategic and results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Solid understanding of the Swedish healthcare system is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid B driving license
  • Must reside within the district (Kronoberg, Kalmar, Jönköping) to ensure proximity to customers and efficient territory coverage
  • Ability to be in the field five days per week, with regular visits to stakeholders planned in alignment with stakeholder needs and agreed priorities
