Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license (requires regular driving to visit client sites)
  • Live in area relative to job posting location
  • Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time
  • Background check (after conditional offer)
  • Mandatory drug screening (on or near 60th day of employment)
  • Preferred: High school diploma/GED
  • Preferred: 3+ years of Sales and Leadership experience
  • Payments industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Recruit new talent to build your sales team
  • Close sales and help businesses adopt payments solutions in target vertical markets (e.g., restaurants, retail, medical, manufacturing, lodging, auto repair, salons)
  • Work closely with Director to set up key appointments
  • Network to build referral partnerships and generate leads
  • Schedule and conduct pitches/demonstrations to business owners
  • Drive revenue growth and net new business
  • Lead and foster growth for a team of sales professionals
  • Use consultative skills to set appointments via phone, face-to-face, referrals, etc
