Responsibilities

  • Deliver Annual Sales Target, Territory Plans and Strategies
  • Manage the distributor to perform the functions to achieve In-Market Sales Target
  • Manage the distributor to perform the functions to provide professional Surgeon Support
  • Perform the function of distributor support and monitoring
  • Market Situation Feedback
  • Review, build up and modify the sales team structure, account allocation and regional
  • Monthly/weekly business reports to regional Sales Manager
  • Organize monthly/weekly distributor meeting for the territory or region to review the update customer account issue
  • Perform other related functions and responsibilities as directed by Manager
