Requirements

  • Expertise in Innovative Medicine, particularly in Neuroscience (schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder)
  • Ability to develop and execute compliant promotion of Neuroscience promoted portfolio products across outpatient and inpatient settings to approved health care professionals
  • Leadership skills to directly supervise Sales Specialists within the defined district (Pacific Northwest Territory: Denver CO, Hawaii, Portland OR, Salt Lake City UT, Seattle WA)
  • Knowledge of approved clinical and HCC guidelines associated with Neuroscience promoted brands
  • Capability to partner and leverage supporting functions (Neuroscience Sales, Institutional Business Group, Medical Affairs, Neuroscience Marketing)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and successfully implement a coordinated district business plan with targeted objectives to achieve sales and business results
  • Manage, develop, motivate, and compensate assigned personnel with proper allocation of resources
  • Provide strong demand generation leadership to the Sales Specialist team, with heavy emphasis on outpatient settings, and lead demand generation and care transitions execution in local community hospitals
  • Provide direction and management oversight to Sales Specialists for all Neuroscience promoted brands
  • Maintain expert knowledge of approved clinical and HCC guidelines to develop team skills
