Responsibilities

Σχεδιασμός και οργάνωση δρομολογίων
Έλεγχος τήρησης των διαδικασιών λειτουργίας
Συντονισμός των δρομολογίων για την ομαλή διεκπεραίωση παραλαβών-παραδόσεων
Τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με τους οδηγούς για ζητήματα που προκύπτουν κατά την εκτέλεση παραλαβών-παραδόσεων
Διαχείριση αιτημάτων παραλαβής για την αποτελεσματική διεκπεραίωση τους
Διαχείριση της γραπτής επικοινωνίας για θέματα που σχετίζονται με παραλαβές και παραδόσεις
Συντονισμός και διαχείριση εκκρεμοτήτων-παραλαβών (εντός αποθήκης)
Συμμετοχή και εποπτεία της εκπαίδευσης των οδηγών
Αξιολόγηση επίδοσης οδηγών μέσω συγκεκριμένων προτύπων
