The Product Management team oversees a diverse set of index products, including iconic benchmarks across asset classes such as the S&P 500 and iBoxx family of fixed income indices, in addition to Sector, Style, and Sustainability indices. The Product Management team sets strategic priorities to drive revenue growth. This team is integral to the S&P DJI division, providing client solutions, insights, thought leadership, and driving product strategy and financial health.
We are seeking a Director to support our Wealth Benchmark initiatives in the US and globally. This role involves product development, financial monitoring, and providing indexing and operational solutions to clients. The Director will play a key role in ensuring the commercial success of Wealth Benchmarks.
S&P Dow Jones Indices (SPDJI) serves the financial services industry as a leader in providing indices used for investment products and portfolio benchmarking. Our indices underpin leading Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), exchange-traded derivatives (ETDs), structured products, OTC instruments, and play a crucial role in the investment landscape.
The investment industry is in the midst of a tremendous structural shift brought about by technological changes and the shift from active to passive investing. This position sits center to this evolution.
The role provides exposure to multiple products across the Wealth Management industry such as asset managers, financial advisors, wirehouses and other financial technology and data players. The role will allow the Senior Analyst to have impactful exposure to multiple groups within S&P DJI (Index Governance, Index Management & Production, Marketing and Communications, Research & Design, Client Coverage, and others). You will join a high performing team where you will have the opportunity to learn from local and international colleagues.
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $112,976 to $185,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
