Requirements

  • Skilled and accomplished leader demonstrating excellence in strategy, execution, and operations
  • Ability to define and lead strategy and vision for post-purchase policy areas (e.g., cancellations, returns, missing items) to create a cohesive, predictable, and fair framework balancing protections and accountability
  • Experience leading reimagination of buyer and seller experiences, including navigation through temporarily restricted activity

  • Expertise in operational mechanisms and continuous improvement for seamless day-to-day program performance
  • Capability to partner with Product Management, Analytics, Engineering, Design, and Customer Support to identify opportunities, size impacts, and drive strategies and operational plans
  • Proficiency in using predictive methods to advise market-level decisions, ensuring solutions meet goals amid changing market and economic conditions
  • Experience developing comprehensive frameworks and operational plans to improve measurable outcomes and expand focus areas within an organization

Responsibilities

  • Guide the execution of Trust programs: Lead across teams to achieve end-to-end customer and product needs, architect test strategies, and drive go-to-market
  • Manage operations: Implement strategic, operational, and data-driven approaches to gain support for balanced solutions, challenge current strategies and timelines, influence leaders across the Trust organization, build culture, establish standards, and achieve goals
  • Develop mechanisms: Strengthen and lead the Operations function for Trust, enhancing assessment, monitoring, testing, and goal-setting standards and execution excellence; build sustainable mechanisms to report results
