Responsibilities

Lead Trust Engineering projects with cross-functional impact across the Jobber platform
Drive the delivery of systems that protect Jobber's platform and users from abuse and malicious activity
Take on the Product Owner role for the Trust Engineering team
Execute the product management workflow, including backlog management
Be responsible for product vision and strategy
Own the creative process of generating/discovering, developing, and curating new ideas
Prioritize building what matters to achieve the company’s strategic goals and initiatives
Drive technical and non-technical deliverables through project planning and execution
Provide proactive transparency to stakeholders (scope, status, risks, and timelines)
Support teams to help ensure timely delivery of their scope, including addressing blockers or issues that may arise
Build a plan, implement it, and then measure success
Maintain a clear quarterly roadmap and curate a list of goals that will drive measurable impact
