Responsibilities

  • Lead Trust Engineering projects with cross-functional impact across the Jobber platform
  • Drive the delivery of systems that protect Jobber's platform and users from abuse and malicious activity
  • Take on the Product Owner role for the Trust Engineering team
  • Execute the product management workflow, including backlog management
  • Be responsible for product vision and strategy
  • Own the creative process of generating/discovering, developing, and curating new ideas
  • Prioritize building what matters to achieve the company’s strategic goals and initiatives
  • Drive technical and non-technical deliverables through project planning and execution
  • Provide proactive transparency to stakeholders (scope, status, risks, and timelines)
  • Support teams to help ensure timely delivery of their scope, including addressing blockers or issues that may arise
  • Build a plan, implement it, and then measure success
  • Maintain a clear quarterly roadmap and curate a list of goals that will drive measurable impact
