Responsibilities

Lead Trust Engineering projects with cross-functional impact across the Jobber platform
Drive delivery of systems that protect Jobber's platform and users from abuse and malicious activity while enabling secure growth and innovation
Drive initiatives in identity and authentication, account takeover prevention, risk orchestration, and trust observability
Act as Product Owner for the Trust Engineering team
Execute product management workflow, including backlog management (defining requirements and acceptance criteria)
Own product vision and strategy, including generating/discovering, developing, and curating new ideas
Prioritize building what matters to achieve company strategic goals and initiatives
Drive cross-functional program management for technical and non-technical deliverables through project planning and execution
Provide proactive transparency to stakeholders on scope, status, risks, and timelines
Support teams to ensure timely delivery of scope, addressing blockers or issues
Utilize context, discovery, and data to identify and prioritize high-impact problems aligned with Jobber's growth and trust goals
Maintain a clear quarterly roadmap and curate a list of goals that drive measurable impact
Build a plan, implement it, and measure success, including managing timelines
