  • Partner with the CTO to refine technical assessments
  • Build scalable recruiting infrastructure in Lever ATS
  • Act as trusted advisor to the CTO and engineering leadership on all talent strategy decisions
  • Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers
  • Train interviewers
