Responsibilities

Implement recruiting best practices to attract and retain top talent, build a strong employer brand, and manage recruitment resources effectively
Analyze job requirements, conduct market research, and develop unique recruitment initiatives
Develop and execute hiring plans to support company growth and workforce planning
Ensure recruiting practices align with applicable laws and support a consistent, compliant process
Lead a team of subject matter experts through a dynamic transformative agenda focused on high-quality delivery
Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, source effectiveness) to optimize processes and drive performance/accountability
Ensure Talent Acquisition systems and digital tools are fit for purpose to accelerate hiring
Work closely with C-suite and senior leadership using data-driven insights for executive hiring decisions
Partner with sales and shared services leaders to understand needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
Partner with Marketing and Communications to strengthen employer brand via events, digital media, and outreach
Manage strategic intake meetings, craft engaging job adverts, prepare candidates for their first day, and deliver exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers
Ensure red-carpet candidate and hiring manager experience with clear communication, timely feedback, and seamless processes
Perform other duties as assigned and conduct self ethically and legally
