Responsibilities

  • Implement recruiting best practices to attract and retain top talent, build a strong employer brand, and manage recruitment resources effectively
  • Analyze job requirements, conduct market research, and develop unique recruitment initiatives
  • Develop and execute hiring plans to support company growth and workforce planning
  • Ensure recruiting practices align with applicable laws and support a consistent, compliant process
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts through a dynamic transformative agenda focused on high-quality delivery
  • Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time to fill, source effectiveness) to optimize processes and drive performance/accountability
  • Ensure Talent Acquisition systems and digital tools are fit for purpose to accelerate hiring
  • Work closely with C-suite and senior leadership using data-driven insights for executive hiring decisions
  • Partner with sales and shared services leaders to understand needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications to strengthen employer brand via events, digital media, and outreach
  • Manage strategic intake meetings, craft engaging job adverts, prepare candidates for their first day, and deliver exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure red-carpet candidate and hiring manager experience with clear communication, timely feedback, and seamless processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned and conduct self ethically and legally
