Requirements

8+ years of experience in Early Career / Emerging Talent Recruiting
Extensive focus on program management, event management, and recruiting delivery
At least 5 years of people leadership experience with direct reports
Global experience within a talent acquisition function
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and execute customized strategies to attract and retain best-in-class early career talent globally
Oversee a global team of program managers to support interns, new college graduates, rotational programs, apprenticeships, and other workforce initiatives
Oversee program development through alternative channels (e.g., military, community colleges, bootcamps)
Partner, and support, research-based programs including PhD programs
Own strategic planning for external and internal partnerships globally
Establish and maintain a core university partnership model
Partner with the CTO Office for R&D to align strategic partnerships with talent pipeline needs
Explore and position alternative talent channels to support Workforce of the Future initiatives
Partner internally to provide training and resources for business to support local recruitment and retention activities
Partner with ERGs to support long-term retention efforts
Evaluate and manage Event Relations specialists to ensure seamless recruitment events
Oversee strategy, solutions & operations enablement team, providing project management, workforce planning, process improvement, resource management, governance & compliance, and brand enablement support
