Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the successful planning, execution, and maturation of Optiv’s go-to-market engine (Optiv Market System) and other critical programs
  • Drive revenue generating initiatives and cross-functional programs required to scale Optiv Market System
  • Establish and lead a team of product and project management experts to help Sales and Services accelerate value realization
  • Operationalize Optiv strategic AI OMS priorities by managing special projects, supporting mission execution, and helping senior leadership prioritize AI initiatives
  • Act as an interlocutor between product, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment, surface risks, and enable decision-making
  • Oversee a portfolio of high impact, cross-functional projects related to Optiv Market System
  • Lead the overarching strategy of Optiv AI OMS and act as connective tissue across teams to facilitate communication, resolve blockers, and ensure clarity of ownership and accountability
  • Partner with senior leaders to assess and prioritize AI OMS initiatives, allocate resources, and focus on impactful workstreams
  • Synthesize findings into insights across projects and develop recommendations for AI OMS growth opportunities
  • Drive execution of AI strategic priorities by managing special projects and cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery
  • Establish and manage operating rhythms such as QBRs, OKR cycles, and leadership cadences to ensure progress against AI strategic goals
  • Drive activities ranging from launching company-wide processes, leading workshops to turn leader visions into action, to presenting business cases to Executive Leadership
  • Cultivate a high-performing team of product and project management professionals, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify addressable areas of value and support creation of net-new analytics on product performance
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of OMS, including research areas of growth to support strategy and planning
  • Collaborate with Client Solutions, Sales, Services, and Research & Development on domain taxonomy and governance protocols
  • Facilitate and organize recurring status and performance reviews focusing on areas for improvement
  • Participate in the development and execution of a multi-year operating plan, articulating how Optiv Market System supports growth and investment decisions
  • Partner with IT, Pricing, Incentive Compensation, and other analytical functions on the data program to support performance measurement and compensation plans for OMS
  • Support Enablement deliverables including creation of content and internal speaking engagements
