Requirements

Based in or willing to relocate to ViiV's US Headquarters in Durham, NC (RTP Area)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, inclusive, competitive, and caring culture
Experience in matrix partnerships, influencing stakeholders, and cross-functional teamwork
Expertise in assessing external payer environments, deriving customer insights, and developing strategies in a dynamic US payer landscape

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and implement pricing and contracting strategies for HIV prevention brands (inline and future pipeline), including development and management of guidelines across all customer channels
Lead, develop, and implement customer segment contracting strategies to support both the brand and market access strategies
Lead contract performance evaluation, including forecasting, evaluation of key measures, and development of recommendations
Support ViiV Governance process for pricing, including cross-functional consultation and evaluation with brand, legal, and contract operations
Lead development and maintenance of brand gross-to-net financial impact modeling (public policy proposals, contract strategies, investor relations requests, etc.)
Assess US payer environmental trends and healthcare policy changes, and lead impact assessments to determine implications to ViiV portfolio
Lead evaluations of pharmaceutical industry pricing actions and strategies for ViiV portfolio
Lead evaluations and monitor impacts of reimbursement methodologies across payers
