Candidates must have proven leadership experience in technical pre-sales or solution consulting, ideally within the BFSI domain, and at least 7 years of experience in building or leading pre-sales or professional services organizations. Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes is required, along with the ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels, motivate and inspire a team, and build strong internal matrix relationships. Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, experience with project problem diagnosis and solution development, and experience working with Service Providers, Outsourcers, and Global System Integrators are also necessary. A proven ability to bridge strategic market outcomes with technology approaches and articulate compelling financial benefits is essential.
The Director, Solution Consulting will lead a high-performing pre-sales team focused on the BFSI industry, driving technical pursuits and strategic engagements across the ServiceNow platform. This role involves leading a team of pre-sales solution architects to deliver business strategy and thought leadership, driving cross-industry development and go-to-market strategies with partners. Responsibilities include developing team members, maintaining a recruiting pipeline, assigning resources to joint solution development and marketing efforts, evaluating team performance, ensuring proper resource alignment and utilization, and managing day-to-day activities such as resource scheduling, expense review, and activity reporting.
