Requirements

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in software/automation engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing delivery teams. Expertise in GenAI/agentic systems and enterprise automation (RPA/low-code) is required, along with a strong understanding of modern SDLC practices including cloud-native development, CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, and observability. A proven track record of delivering production solutions with measurable growth and experience in executive engagement and cross-functional influence are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Bonus qualifications include Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum/SAFe certifications, cloud or RPA certifications, and experience rolling out enterprise copilots and managing global shared services.

Responsibilities

The Director, Smart Automation Delivery will lead the Smart Automation & Delivery organization, driving next-gen AI transformation and evolving traditional RPA towards agentic workflows. Key responsibilities include creating and promoting a roadmap for high-impact automations, architecting and scaling an AI-powered agentic automation platform, and promoting engineering excellence through modern SDLC practices. The role involves partnering with Global CoEs, Legal, Compliance, and Security to govern automation initiatives with speed and safety, measuring outcomes such as ROI and capacity creation, and leading and growing a versatile global team by fostering a learning culture and up-skilling team members in GenAI/agentic and automation disciplines.
