Requirements

Candidates must be 21 years of age or older, possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid government-issued photo ID. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role is required, along with proven budget and P&L experience. Excellent collaboration, communication, analytical, business acumen, leadership, and strategic capabilities are essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

The Regional Director, Retail is responsible for the profitability of retail operations, partnering with senior leaders to implement initiatives, build and execute plans, and create a best-in-class customer experience. This role involves driving operational consistency, building high-performing management teams, overseeing customer and employee experience, retail operations, and community outreach. The Director will ensure the region meets or exceeds key metrics and goals, including revenue targets and KPIs, and partner with corporate teams to support company initiatives. They will set annual SMART goals, provide guidance to the field leadership team to meet financial goals, deliver financial excellence by executing annual financial plans, and ensure accountability of established operating procedures and company policies. The Director will also partner with compliance and operations to review regulatory requirements and collaborate with Human Resources on recruiting strategies, talent management, and employee relations.
