Requirements

Candidates should possess demonstrated experience delivering end-user products that achieve business objectives, with over 10 years of experience as a product manager for software products, preferably in B2B or B2C cloud environments. The role also requires 10+ years of people management experience, familiarity with enterprise software development, and experience working with UX and engineering teams, emphasizing customer focus and collaboration. A passionate drive, exceptional communication skills with customers, colleagues, and executives, and a passion for web-based business software are essential. Additionally, the ability to evaluate and discuss technical concepts, experience with agile development processes and frequent product release cycles, experience contributing to product suites or scaled software releases, and experience with data analytics and visualization are required.

Responsibilities

The Director, Product Management will deeply understand customer needs to build products with strong market fit, create and communicate a compelling vision for integrated solutions that enhance collaborative work, and define the product roadmap, breaking down work into prioritized plans for execution. They will assess opportunity, project feasibility, approach, and scope, working closely with design and engineering to create high-quality customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing ongoing trade-offs in market fit, usability, cost, and performance, driving projects to completion with detailed progress metrics and post-launch analysis, and analyzing market trends to inform new recommendations. The role also involves managing a team of Product Managers, ensuring they have clear goals, providing guidance for their success, offering constructive feedback, and building a positive work environment. Other duties as assigned will also be supported.
