Requirements

Candidates must possess over 18 years of professional experience, with at least 12 years in Product Management leadership roles, and a proven track record of building and scaling B2C and B2B SaaS products, preferably in global markets. Deep domain expertise in efficiency, document workflows, collaboration, or enterprise SaaS, with a bonus for AI/GenAI exposure, is required, alongside exceptional leadership, communication skills, and executive presence. The ability to inspire trust and alignment across senior leaders, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, coupled with a passion for customer impact and innovation, is essential.

Responsibilities

The Director of Product Management will define and drive the long-term product strategy for Acrobat, aligning with Adobe's Document Cloud vision and influencing global product direction. They will lead and empower a team of product managers to deliver world-class SaaS experiences, build the product roadmap by synthesizing customer insights, market shifts, and new technologies, and champion innovative initiatives at the executive level. Responsibilities also include collaborating with engineering, build, research, and go-to-market teams for successful implementation, building external connections with clients and partners, driving data-informed decisions by setting metrics and analyzing usage, and mentoring the product management team.
