Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality SaaS/B2B and AI products. Strong technical skills and experience working directly with LLMs, including writing and iterating on prompts, evaluating outputs, and driving systematic quality improvements are essential. A customer-focused mindset, deep curiosity, empathy, user-centricity, and the ability to drive effective collaboration are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a learner's mindset, a passion for building AI products, grit to experiment, and a data-driven approach are also necessary. A deep interest in and knowledge of the evolving AI/ML ecosystem is expected.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will own the document and policies creation workflows and build Agent features to automate these processes. They will help customers evolve their security programs by building Agent workflows for surfacing recommendations and completing relevant actions. This role involves deeply understanding customers and the market, translating needs into clear Agent experiences, and partnering with design and engineering to establish consistent interaction patterns. The Product Manager will shape and scale the Agent’s interoperability by building a catalog of tools and integrations, and deliver high-quality products that address key customer pain points. They will also help define and shape Vanta’s product team culture as the company grows.
