Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) with expectation of completion on or before start date
  • Or currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration, with expectation of completion on or before start date
  • Proficiency in Capital One Product Framework: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, Transformational Leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of the System of Record functionality for Financial Accounts and Transactions
  • Manage relationships and needs of key business stakeholders onboarding onto the platform
  • Create a long-term roadmap that supports a broader enterprise vision and industry trends
  • Engage Lines of Business (LOBs) to define, prioritize and build reusable capabilities to support multiple Financial Products across the company
  • Partner closely with Tech to ensure that the platform architecture supports the value drivers of the modernization business cases
  • Collaborate with Program to create and maintain well-defined and sustainable communication channels with LOB partners
  • Ensure the platform is accurate and performant
  • Develop and align on the platform’s data posture
  • Drive tooling to improve reconciliation
