Responsibilities

  • Supports PPM Business Operations and Chief of Staff in developing engagement plans (e.g., Town Halls, LT meetings) and business operations (e.g., budget, resourcing, occupancy, leader communications)
  • Leads PPM Strategy Execution, Change Management, and PPM improvement efforts
  • Develops and leads PPM strategic imperatives and projects
  • Provides operational support for PPM priorities, objective setting, execution, tracking, workshop materials, development engagements, and team effectiveness
  • Drives annual Drug Development business reviews and initiatives as deputy to PPM Operations lead
  • Manages quarterly budget projections, resource requirements, business risks, and progress tracking in partnership with PPM LT and Finance
  • Serves as gatekeeper for budget management and performance; oversees resourcing and occupancy strategy with PPM Business Operations and HR; provides centralized budget and resourcing support to Therapeutic Area Chief of Staffs
  • Leads program management for DD and PPM events, leadership meetings (e.g., extended leadership meetings, town halls), and provides event support to Therapeutic Area Chief of Staff; may lead CMO events (e.g., Leadership Circle or PACE)
  • Develops PPM leadership messaging (e.g., leadership change management, reinforcement of communications from Enterprise, Drug Development LT, PPM Head)
  • Develops strategic business improvement initiatives to create efficiencies and optimize ways of working within Development org with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Contributes to and leads by influence an integrated network across DD and enterprise with R&D Comms, Change Management, and PPM Capabilities
  • Drives interactions with key stakeholders across development and enterprise
  • Contributes to the integrated community of practice across DD Strategic Operations and enterprise partners for consistency
  • Establishes key interfaces across drug development and PPM LT to shape agendas and build connections
  • Manages Centralized Drug Development Congress planning, budget targets across therapeutic areas and DD functions, aligned to Congress Strategy with Medical Congress Planning; manages congress planning system
