Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of proactive and strategic HR support to leadership teams in Chennai, Mumbai, and Pune
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR matters during business scaling in India
  • Lead the talent strategy for client groups
  • Lead, mentor, and develop direct and indirect reports, fostering growth and high performance
  • Serve as a role model, holding self and others accountable to company values
  • Conduct strategic HR planning: translate business knowledge into talent strategy for India workforce
  • Advise and coach leadership on HR issues, enhancing abilities for engaged workforce, cross-functional relationships, and bench strength
  • Influence and provide strategic guidance to VPs and executives on people matters, organizational design, and talent initiatives
  • Lead organizational changes, providing input on business direction, resource planning, and internal communication
  • Lead talent management and leadership planning in partnership with Talent Experience partners to develop executive talent
  • Help managers and reports meet career goals, set aligned contribution goals, ensure recognition/compensation, cultivate connections, and assess/grow capabilities
  • Align performance management and reward strategies to foster high-performance and innovative culture
  • Execute and ensure managers practice culture and belonging initiatives
