Requirements

  • A degree in life sciences or a relevant business area with 12+ years of varied post-graduation experience in Pharmaceuticals, Biosciences or a related industry
  • Or MS with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Or PhD with 8+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional business process mapping and OpEx initiatives, utilizing exceptional facilitation skills to gather SME input and design clear end-to-end business processes that improve current processes, with expertise in business process and OpEx methodologies and tools
  • Analyze situations and/or data, applying sound judgment and reasoning, to identify and resolve problems and make recommendations for high impact processes across multiple PDM functions
  • Ensure initiatives are set for success to deliver on time and within budget with appropriate stakeholder management
  • Proactively identify and drive continuous improvement and innovation opportunities across PDM
  • Interface with members of the PDM Extended Leadership Team to drive meaningful process improvements in PDM
  • Utilize excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills, as well as a keen problem-solving ability, to drive helpful change and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and influence PDM lean enthusiasts as a trainer for lean methodologies and member of the wider PDM Operational Excellence community
