Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment and ongoing management of key annual strategic and tactical planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics within the region
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to develop comprehensive plans that address local market needs, competitive landscape, and organizational goals
  • Collaborate closely with sales, medical affairs, market access, and other relevant functions to prioritize and execute Plans of Action (POA) in targeted markets, ensuring alignment with brand strategies, resource allocation, and market opportunities, while monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
  • Develop, implement, and prioritize regional brand campaigns and messaging, tailoring them to resonate with specific customer segments and regulatory requirements across the North Latin America Region
  • Coordinate with creative teams and local stakeholders to optimize campaign effectiveness and ensure regional consistency
  • Partner with Access, Medical Affairs, and General Management teams to develop detailed business cases for product launches, lifecycle management, and access programs, including aligning strategies on reimbursement, pricing, and stakeholder engagement to maximize product adoption and market penetration
  • Work closely with global and regional marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment on marketing initiatives, positioning, and messaging
  • Oversee development and delivery of comprehensive training programs to equip field teams and stakeholders with consistent, compliant messaging
  • Rigorously manage promotional budgets to meet or exceed financial targets, ensuring all expenses are justified, optimized, and in compliance with local and international policies and regulations, while monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and executing corrective actions proactively
  • Ensure all marketing and promotional activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, staying informed on regional legal requirements and industry standards, and conducting periodic training and audits to ensure ongoing compliance
