Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in process ownership, governance, or program management within a technology or software delivery environment is required. A strong understanding of regulated environments such as IL4/IL5, FedRAMP, and NIST is essential, along with proven ability in process design, documentation, and optimization. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary, as is experience with audit, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Familiarity with Agile methodology and ITIL or similar service management frameworks is also required. Experience with AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is preferred, as is prior experience in DoD or government-regulated software delivery environments. Certifications like PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL are a plus.
The Process Owner will be accountable for the end-to-end design, implementation, governance, and optimization of critical software delivery processes in regulated market environments (IL4, IL5). This includes defining, documenting, and maintaining processes, establishing policies, and ensuring alignment with regulatory, security, and organizational standards. Responsibilities also involve overseeing process execution, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, and reporting on process performance. The role requires identifying gaps, leading root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the Process Owner will collaborate with various teams to ensure process adoption, provide training and guidance, and act as a trusted advisor for process-related escalations and issue resolution.
