Position Overview

This role reports to the Vice President of Product Marketing for the ServiceNow Platform. We are seeking a leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for storytelling and technical marketing. This position will lead a team of talented demo engineers and technical product marketers to create world-class product demonstrations that showcase the power of the ServiceNow AI Platform. Success will be measured by the team's ability to bring customer stories to life for global marketing campaigns, key customer deals, launch events, and press engagements.

You will collaborate closely with global marketing, product management, sales, solution consulting, and our ecosystem to position ServiceNow as a leader across multiple product categories. This will be achieved through innovative product demos that highlight our AI Platform's capabilities and roadmap. Your team will also directly contribute to generating and accelerating pipeline and increasing customer adoption. We believe a driven individual with a passion for product demonstrations and a deep interest in enterprise AI advancements can further accelerate our growth and market leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of technical product marketers focused on building demos for the ServiceNow AI Platform.
  • Bring customer stories to life through high-profile, visionary demos for conference keynotes and Executive Briefing Center customer meetings.
  • Build demos to support full-funnel marketing campaigns, including product screenshots and demos for ServiceNow TV commercials.
  • Build and progress pipeline by creating technical demonstrations integrated with top sales plays, emphasizing competitive differentiation.
  • Support product launches and release marketing with impactful product demonstrations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical product marketing, sales engineering, product management, or solution consulting.
  • Strong ability to inspire and coach, with a proven track record of hiring, managing, and leading high-performance teams.
  • Proven technical and marketing skills, including the ability to customize solutions, facilitate product demonstrations, and effectively communicate value propositions and key differentiators.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions within and outside of Marketing, building relationships to drive results.
  • Deep curiosity about AI-led business transformation and the future of agentic platforms.
  • Experience building public-facing presentations with a high attention to detail for marketing events, sales organizations, or executive presentations.
  • Some experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, iOS, APIs, Apex, Java (any mix), or design tools like Figma.
