Reporting to the Vice President of Product Marketing for the ServiceNow Platform, this leadership role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and a passion for storytelling and technical marketing. You will lead a team of talented demo engineers and technical product marketers focused on creating world-class product demonstrations that highlight the power of the ServiceNow AI Platform. Success will be measured by the team's ability to bring customer stories to life, supporting global marketing campaigns, key customer deals, launch events, and press engagements.
You will collaborate closely with global marketing, product management, sales, solution consulting, and our ecosystem to position ServiceNow as a leader across multiple product categories. This will be achieved through innovative product demonstrations showcasing our AI Platform's capabilities and roadmap. Your team will directly contribute to generating and accelerating pipeline and increasing customer adoption.
