Responsibilities

The Director of Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing Operations will oversee the functional areas of overall supply chain, ensuring productive working relationships and operational efficiency. They will work closely with the senior leadership team to translate go-to-market strategies into operational initiatives, improve operational systems and policies, and increase effectiveness and efficiencies. This role involves managing planning processes for forecast accuracy and on-time order fulfilment, leading collaborative forecasting, driving seasonal buying budgets, and managing 3PL logistics and DC operations to achieve KPIs and cost targets. Furthermore, the Director will mentor the logistics team, optimize DC operations, monitor order management, provide analytical insights, and collaborate with global teams to implement best practices and operational initiatives.
