Responsibilities

The Director of Store Construction will lead end-to-end store construction processes, including pre-construction planning, bidding, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and close-out. This role involves managing general contractors, architects, engineers, and other external partners to ensure timely and on-budget delivery. Responsibilities include partnering with internal teams, overseeing permitting and landlord coordination, managing construction budgets and forecasts, establishing construction standards, providing leadership, and identifying and troubleshooting issues to minimize disruption.
