The ideal candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-energy, complex and dynamic environment, possessing a proven sales leadership background, ideally from the contact center/telephony ecosystem. Candidates should have experience with contact center, AI, bots, digital channels, Amazon Connect, Workforce Engagement, and Service Cloud Voice.
The Director of Sales will aggressively engage the Amazon Connect and AWS sales and partner teams to drive sales opportunities and pipeline, and will build out a best-in-class sales organization to support Amazon as we scale. This role will involve cross-company engagement and collaboration with NeuraFlash’s leadership team across various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Management, Managed Services, Services Delivery, and HR, to capitalize on a significant growth opportunity with Amazon and dominate the Amazon Connect market.
