Requirements

The ideal candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-energy, complex and dynamic environment, possessing a proven sales leadership background, ideally from the contact center/telephony ecosystem. Responsibilities

The Director of Sales will aggressively engage the Amazon Connect and AWS sales and partner teams to drive sales opportunities and pipeline, and will build out a best-in-class sales organization to support Amazon as we scale. This role will involve cross-company engagement and collaboration with NeuraFlash’s leadership team across various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Management, Managed Services, Services Delivery, and HR, to capitalize on a significant growth opportunity with Amazon and dominate the Amazon Connect market.
