Requirements

Expertise with UiPath Contact Center Solutions or competitor solutions is required. Knowledge of CRM, IVR/CTI, and customer engagement platforms is necessary. Familiarity with cloud and hybrid architectures, scalability planning, and security compliance is needed. Proven experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting roles with a track record of delivering demos, POCs, and technical workshops is essential. Strong business acumen and excellent communication and presentation skills are required to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design solutions integrating UiPath with CRM, IVR, CTI, ticketing systems, and knowledge bases, identifying opportunities for attended automation to support agents. Lead the design and implementation of scalable automation for contact centers, overseeing the full RPA/Agentic lifecycle. Partner with account executives to translate customer pain points into automation opportunities, delivering high-impact demos, POCs, and workshops. Build solution blueprints, ROI models, and value-based proposals to support sales cycles. Act as a trusted advisor for customers on automation best practices, governance, and roadmap planning, collecting feedback to enhance solutions. Support account growth by identifying upsell/cross-sell automation opportunities and contributing to RFP/RFI responses with technical documentation.
