The Director of Revenue Operations will drive and manage cross-functional initiatives impacting revenue operations KPIs, developing a best-in-class revenue operations playbook for Vida’s product portfolio. Responsibilities include evaluating and monitoring revenue operations processes, identifying and solving gaps, and monitoring data behind enrollment/revenue fluctuations to understand key drivers and evolving market needs. This role involves close collaboration with finance on account-level forecasting and reconciliation, driving operational planning for revenue capture, and conducting account-level deep dives to mitigate revenue risks. Additionally, the Director will define timelines, prioritize efforts, build business cases for initiatives, work with analytics on revenue-generating activities, monitor revenue operations dashboards, hold others accountable for initiative delivery, and co-create the partner implementation playbook.
