Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess 10-16 years of experience as a Product Manager with demonstrated success managing cybersecurity products, strong expertise in generative AI (genAI), large language models (LLMs), and their applications within cybersecurity, proven ability to manage complex product roadmaps and deliver impactful products to enterprise customers, knowledge of AI and data security, compliance standards, and privacy regulations (NIST, OWASP, EU AI, GDPR, etc.), and experience delivering GenAI/LLM trust, risk, safety and security guardrails.

Responsibilities

As a Director of Product Management, the candidate will define and develop the product roadmap focusing on the safe and secure consumption of GenAI, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, conduct market research and competitive analysis, drive customer engagement, define and analyze key performance indicators, act as the product evangelist internally and externally, manage the product lifecycle, and partner with legal, compliance, and ethics teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and ethical AI practices.
