Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in product management or equivalent experience in healthcare delivery innovation, clinical operations, or healthcare technology. Experience with service design, complex workflows, or care model redesign is required, along with the ability to build systems and design across human and software boundaries. Familiarity with generative AI, including vector spaces, LLMs, core GPT capabilities, MCP, and agentic flows, is essential, as is strong collaboration with clinicians, operators, and engineers. A bias toward iteration and a drive for measurable improvements in outcomes, gross margin, and coach capacity are also necessary.
The Director of Product, Care Delivery will define and evolve the care delivery product strategy to support 10x scale, moving from the current model to a next-generation platform. They will collaborate with Clinical and Operational leaders to evolve the care model and build systems for delegation, automation, personalization, and new modes of care. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of PMs to build intelligent workflows, decision support, internal tools, and patient-facing integrations that enable clinical scale while improving efficiency and outcomes. The Director will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and AI teams to launch solutions that shift the care curve, extend care team-facing AI and ML systems to reduce routine care time, and be accountable for care delivery product OKRs including clinical team efficiency, member retention, and health outcomes.
