Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing strategies are essential, as is familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
As the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you will develop and lead a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy to nurture, retain, and re-engage customers. You will oversee the execution of personalized, automated messaging campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications. This role involves defining and optimizing messaging strategies for different customer lifecycle stages, collaborating with analytics teams to enhance segmentation and predictive targeting, and aligning lifecycle marketing strategies with broader business goals and revenue targets. Furthermore, you will lead A/B testing, analyze campaign performance, partner with MarTech to implement personalization engines, maintain deliverability standards, manage one-off email campaigns, and streamline workflows with account managers.
