Responsibilities

This role involves defining and optimizing messaging strategies for different customer lifecycle stages, collaborating with analytics teams to enhance segmentation and predictive targeting, and aligning lifecycle marketing strategies with broader business goals and revenue targets. Furthermore, you will lead A/B testing, analyze campaign performance, partner with MarTech to implement personalization engines, maintain deliverability standards, manage one-off email campaigns, and streamline workflows with account managers.
