Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have extensive knowledge of US Special Operations Command – (emphasis on Naval Special Warfare) / US Navy Requirements, CONOPs, Resourcing, Acquisitions and Contracting pathways (the entire PPBE pipeline), including accelerated acquisition pathways and Major Force Program Funding. They must also have experience with INDOPACIFIC problem sets, and demonstrate current TS/SCI eligibility.
The Director of Growth will lead the campaign to develop, shape, propose, and capture programs in unmanned maritime systems, building and implementing a strategic approach to achieve this goal. They will shape and develop strategic approaches to capture programs of record, build and lead a high-performing team, partner with cross-functional teams to craft compelling proposals and negotiate favorable contracts, and provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership on contracts and proposals strategies. Additionally, they will ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards, and proactively recommend the deployment of capital to close on requirements and gaps ahead of need.
