Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance at a financial services firm or a small to mid-size company with complex financial reporting and budgeting requirements. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, including expertise with Excel, forecasting software, and BI tools is necessary. Experience with modern accounting software and systems, detailed budgeting including headcount and payroll forecasting, multi-entity consolidation and forecasting, advanced quantitative and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, present ideas, interact with senior management, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment are also required. A Bachelor's and/or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

The FP&A Manager will own the company's financial model and be responsible for financial reporting to key stakeholders. This includes preparing monthly dashboards, analyzing trends, and playing a leadership role in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Responsibilities also involve partnering with Accounting on month-end close, owning the consolidation of multi-entity financials, managing expense allocations, and choosing, implementing, and developing tools and processes to enhance reporting. The manager will support ERP implementation projects, establish cross-functional partnerships to understand resourcing needs and translate them into financial forecasts, and develop ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and assess business performance.
