Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 6 years of experience as a people manager with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams, along with 3+ years of experience as a Director. A strong technical background, including experience as a software engineer, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, are required.

Responsibilities

The Director of Engineering will partner with leaders across product, design, and data to deliver on the product roadmap, focusing on the marketplace, provider onboarding, and scheduling to help more clients find the right provider. They will collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects, balance new feature development with technical debt reduction and infrastructure improvements, coach their management team through career growth, and contribute to solving cross-engineering challenges while driving engineering-wide initiatives.
