  • Monitor and analyze key customer success metrics
  • Own and drive renewal and expansion numbers
  • Develop strategies to maximize retention and identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell
  • Accurately forecast renewals and expansion revenue
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team
