Requirements

Candidates should possess 13+ years of experience encompassing people management, technical product management, strategic product management, or corporate development within SaaS companies, along with a strong background in CPQ and GTM product management, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering, evolving, and transforming CPQ products, and experience with the ServiceNow platform. They should also have experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact.

Responsibilities

As the Director of CPQ Product Management, the individual will lead product strategy for the Digital Technology Sales Product Organization, overseeing the CPQ product within the Sales Order Management tool, and guiding a team of technical program managers to plan and execute the product roadmap while balancing risks and meeting aggressive deadlines. They will collaborate cross-functionally with all Sales functions to define a north star vision for CPQ, provide critical insights and status updates to the executive team, assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner, integrate usability studies and market analysis into product requirements, and communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and solutions.
