Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 4 years of experience leading teams or organizations, and demonstrated experience owning platform or shared service layers within a multi-product SaaS company. Strong technical fluency, allowing close collaboration with architects, is also required.
As VP of Product, Core Services, the individual will define and execute the Core Services product strategy, balancing long-term architectural investments with near-term business needs, drive roadmap and development of Xplor Growth and Xplor Ops, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams, create internal alignment on data structures and UX patterns, serve as a key partner to Engineering and Design leadership, build and mentor a product management team, influence peer product leaders, utilize data and insights to guide prioritization, communicate vision and progress to stakeholders, and foster a culture of urgency and customer-centered decision-making.
