Requirements

Candidates should possess a seasoned events professional background with a track record of managing complex, concurrent, high-revenue partnerships, demonstrating at least 10 years of high-volume, fast-paced events experience, and a natural leadership ability to inspire and elevate team performance. Strong relationship management skills and a creative vision are also required, alongside experience in end-to-end event lifecycle management and a deep understanding of event logistics.

Responsibilities

The Director of Client Management will lead a team of associate directors to achieve operational excellence, serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier event partners, deliver exceptional client experiences and retention efforts, manage event logistics from contract to execution, partner with marketing, production, and operations to exceed client expectations, maintain event logistics, client relationships, and deliverables, track client relationships from post-event back to the client partnership lead, offer strategic recommendations to improve event impact, and work in lock step with sales and revenue teams to understand business imperatives.
