Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred, and they must have 10-12 years of consultative selling experience with a proven record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Strong domain expertise in Merchandising Analytics, Merchandising SaaS Solutions, and/or Merchandising AI technologies is required.

Responsibilities

The Sales Director, Merchandising Analytics will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, deliver accurate sales forecasts, proactively identify and acquire new clients, cultivate deep relationships with existing clients, position our Retail Analytics solutions as strategic assets, lead high-stakes negotiations, and conduct continuous research on industry trends and competitive activities. They will also prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, partner with Product Area Experts and Customer Success managers, provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, and contribute to the development of a high-performing sales culture.
