Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the defense industry, particularly within Europe and Africa, and demonstrate a proven track record of leading business development initiatives. Responsibilities

As the Director of Hivemind – Europe & Africa, you will lead the regional growth of Hivemind Enterprise by owning and executing the product and integration strategy, driving customer adoption, supporting Hivemind solutions, engaging with stakeholders, and leading demonstrations and bid processes. You will also serve as a key point of contact for customers and collaborate with Shield AI’s global teams to translate mission needs into technical specifications and system architectures.
