Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, coach, and support BDR team to achieve/exceed quotas and advance careers
  • Drive pipeline growth through effective outbound strategies aligned with ICP, customer segments, and market priorities
  • Build a culture of results, teamwork, resilience, and continuous improvement
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top BDR talent
  • Design, test, and scale outreach sequences, messaging frameworks, and qualification methodologies (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC)
  • Refine training programs and design new onboarding/enablement initiatives to accelerate ramp-up and standardize best practices
  • Analyze performance data to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and team effectiveness
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align outbound efforts with campaigns, account strategies, and GTM priorities
  • Own pipeline reporting
