Responsibilities

  • Oversee Acenda’s digital strategy, including SEO/SEM, AI, social, web, paid media and emerging platforms
  • Direct the planning and execution of service-line marketing campaigns to increase awareness, referrals, and service utilization
  • Establish data-driven, full-funnel growth strategies (awareness, engagement, conversion, retention)
  • Build a comprehensive marketing measurement framework to track ROI and KPIs across all channels
  • Lead development of marketing dashboards and reporting processes for executive leadership
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies that improve performance and optimize spend
  • Design and manage Acenda’s marketing technology stack, including automation, CRM integration, and analytics platforms
  • Enhance marketing operations, processes, and workflows to ensure scalability and efficiency
  • Implement data governance best practices to ensure accuracy and reliability of marketing data
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire the marketing team to foster innovation, accountability, and professional growth
  • Collaborate with executive and senior leaders and external partners to align campaigns with organizational goals
  • Serve as a brand steward, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints
  • Identify emerging trends, tools, and channels to drive innovation in marketing strategies
  • Oversee brand strategy initiatives to strengthen Acenda’s reputation and thought leadership
