Position Overview

Chamberlain Group (CG) is a global leader in access solutions, renowned for brands like LiftMaster and Chamberlain found in millions of homes, businesses, and communities worldwide. As a leader in the Smart Home industry, CG boasts one of the largest IoT install bases, featuring innovative products such as cameras, locks, card readers, garage door openers, and gates, all powered by the myQ digital ecosystem. This role is within CG's Marketing function and requires a world-class B2B marketer with a proven track record in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention to drive revenue and Lifetime Value (LTV). The successful candidate will develop and execute a multi-year, transformational marketing strategy to achieve business goals, oversee strategic planning for B2B marketing including prioritization, reporting, analytics, resource management, and budgeting. Additionally, the role will focus on driving top-of-funnel lead generation, conversion of revenue pipeline, increasing share of wallet, and growing market share through distribution and dealer channel programs.

Requirements

  • Education: BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience, with some experience in a SaaS business selling enterprise solutions.
    • Proven experience leading a performance marketing team in a subscription-based or recurring transactional business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive a multi-year, transformational marketing strategy and guide its execution to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee quarterly and annual strategic planning for B2B marketing, ensuring effective prioritization, reporting, analytics, resource management, and budgeting.
  • Define key customer segments and ideal customer profiles that offer appropriate scale, profitable growth, and the highest Long-Term-Value (LTV).
  • Establish and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified leads, driving greater share of wallet and recurring revenue to support company growth objectives.
  • Grow share in distribution and dealer/installer channels through effective marketing programs.
  • Contribute to and/or lead cross-functional working groups to create, implement, and assess account-based marketing tactics for attracting identified key accounts.
  • Design and deploy integrated programs using a full range of marketing channels, including paid media, web/digital, social media, referral marketing, account-based marketing, and PR.
  • Develop and manage a performance dashboard with a wide range of campaign measures, including revenue, Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and overall Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Retain, mentor, and build a world-class B2B marketing team capable of supporting business transformation.
  • Identify and recruit top talent and drive strong team performance through leadership and development.
  • Direct the prioritization and allocation of resources and budgets for all B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers must ensure compliance across their teams.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and participating in projects as needed.
  • Motivate and lead a high-performance team by attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining team members.
  • Drive the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback, and facilitating employee development per company policies.
