Requirements

  • 5+ years of Marketplace expertise, including Seller Central, FBA, promotional/ad tools, keyword optimization, compliance/policy management
  • 5+ years of proven experience building or scaling a multi-million dollar Amazon 3P business, ideally in footwear/apparel or consumer brands (REQUIRED)
  • 5+ years of Commercial leadership, including P&L management, strategic planning/forecasting, business case development, ROI analysis, taking ownership, driving results, and implementing ideas with speed
  • 5+ years of People Leadership experience, including managing third party agency and scaling/recruiting channel teams as needed
  • Solid experience with Problem Solving & Execution: identifies issue, diagnoses root cause, develops solutions, gathers input, implements, iterates quickly with persistence
  • 3+ years of experience working with Cross-functional Partners, influencing wholesale, marketing, design to drive shared outcomes
  • Experience with Amazon 1P and hybrid 1P/3P structures (preferred)
  • Genuine enthusiasm for TOMS' mission and commitment to making kindness in business the norm

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale TOMS’ global Amazon 3P business, driving profitable growth, customer acquisition, and brand equity; accountable for full channel P&L and cross-functional partnerships with wholesale, marketing, and design
  • Deliver the Amazon P&L: maintain item-level perspective on revenue and profitability vs. goal, inventory productivity, and OOS/overstock issues
  • Drive best-in-class customer experience: present flawless, aspirational listings, read listing updates, analyze keywords, advise on creative needs, prioritize workload for offshore resources
  • Optimize supply chain + inventory flow: maintain optimal stock levels, plan and manage inventory on an ongoing basis, ensure 3PLs deliver agreed service levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team: coordinate to win the channel, manage third party agency, set expectations, influence cross-functional partners
  • Establish channel integrity + pricing discipline: execute pricing/promotional strategy, resolve reseller conflicts to protect brand value, manage and resolve reseller issues
  • Influence enterprise strategy: partner with Wholesale, Ecomm, Product, and marketing to maximize channel value (e.g., product assortment strategy, distribution control, creative assets, product insights)
