Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership in a complex or high-growth environment. A CPA designation is preferred, and strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting is essential. Experience with IFRS and ERP system implementations is also required.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of accounting operations, including the general ledger, monthly/quarterly/annual close, and consolidations, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls. Oversee core operational accounting processes such as AP, Payroll, and Fixed Assets, and manage multiple workstreams to meet deadlines. Enhance documentation, standard operating procedures, and internal workflows to support scalability and reduce manual errors. Partner with external auditors, assist in developing accounting treatment for new structures, and support special projects related to business expansion or new policy implementation.
